Ninety Degree Design

Ninety Degree Design are a kitchen and shopfitting cabinet maker and designer based in Kerikeri, Carli, the Director, approached me to work on new branding, brand direction and a new website to showcase their work and grow with their expansion to a Bream Bay office and showroom.

With existing branding in play, working a rebrand in phases was the optimal solution. The name was adjusted from Ninety Degree Kitchens & Design to Ninety Degree Design to take into account the fact that the company does more than just kitchens. The design allows for the business to be all-encompassing. Carli wanted the logo to remain monochrome in an updated, contemporary and clean look that suited their style, this flowed on to business card designs.

Shifting the website from a clumsy DIY platform that had limited information not being presented in a cohesive format, we created a look that was clean, minimalist and responsive. Taking into account the user journey, we added an image-rich portfolio fo work, a detailed page about Ninety’s services, information about the growing team and ethos of the company, as well as space where clients can book a free consultation to discuss their work. Text needed to work well with educating new and existing clients, while working in with SEO best practices.

New staff headshots were carried out and imagery for use within the website was also taken.
