Ignite Property Management needed to align marketing with their offering. They had a well recognised logo they loved, but the way the business was being presented to prospective clients and tenants, didn’t match their high performance in the marketplace. All digital and printed facets needed to be worked upon and looked at.
With an existing website that was outdated and non-responsive, I worked with Ignite to design them a fresh faced platform that would showcase their offering and work as a strong, digital marketing tool. A new site structure was created from scratch to ensure ease of navigation for users, and information was portrayed in a way that was user friendly. With being a property management company, there was a lot of legal detail that was required to form part of the site in a seamless manner.
With a fresh, new website, new staff photography was required. The Ignite Property Management team are close-knit and each are specialists in their field. They wanted the images to be relaxed and professional while still showing prospective clients that they are approachable and easy to work with. Photo’s are used throughout the website, on email signatures and images of Julie Beaumont (business owner) are used throughout their printed marketing material.
Like any business that deals with legal based products (in this case, tenancies) forms and declarations are part of the job. I redesigned each of the Ignite Property forms to be easy to read and beautifully composed to match this huge update. New brochures were designed and laid out to reflect the new branding and include all their new imagery. Both the Landlord Booklet and Tenant Booklet were redesigned with a fresh new layout, ensuring text is easy to read and an item the reader wishes to hold onto.
The Ignite brand refresh consisted of new advertising layouts for local area publications including Mahurangi Matters, Outlook and more. Branding needed to align with the new look and feel while still portraying Ignite Property as a leader in their field. In addition to this have been MailChimp design templates for e-newsletters and email signatures incorporating the new staff photographs and branding.
